Direct electric heating
KORALUX towel rail radiators can be produced for independent direct electric heating. They are fitted with electric heating elements equipped with temperature limiters and filled with an anti-freeze mixture, which allows for their use in buildings with an anticipated temperature drop down to -10 °C.
The electric radiator is connected to the fixed electricity mains by means of a supply cable into the mounting box or additional accessories can be fitted to the supply cable for connection to a mains socket. Depending on the required convenience of operation of the electric radiator and economy of operation, this concerns:
- A VS 1 mains plug with manual switch (stock code Z-SKV-0002)
- A R10A electric temperature regulator (stock code Z-SKV-0003)
KORALUX for direct electric heating can only be fitted in a vertical position and does not require expansion or pressure safety equipment during operation.
