Quality
RADIK products represent a guarantee of quality. In 1997 the company KORADO, a.s. successfully acquired the quality cetificate according to the norm ISO 9001. This quality management system describes all conditions, requirements and parameters concerning technology, production, trade, transportation and service. The customer is the main target of the whole system, his satisfaction determines the aims and plans of the company KORADO. The quality management system ISO 9001:2000 guarantees a high and lasting quality of products and services to the customers.
The high quality of the products of KORADO company is further proved by acquiring the national quality marks RAL, BSI for the most demanding European countries. Quality marks for other important markets, such as the Russian mark GOST, are available as well. These quality marks declare that the high demands on the quality of used materials, construction and production of the radiators RADIK and KORALUX and their regular testing are followed.
The quality management system ISO 9001:2000 in connection with the national quality marks guarantees the highest degree of quality of the products and of all activities of Korado company on the European and world's markets.
Guarantees
The manufacturer warrants for leakage and declared heating outputs of the steel panel radiators installed in hot-water-systems. The manufacturer doesn't warrant for deformations and damages caused during transportation, manipulation and storage. The warranty doesn't apply to mechanical and other damages caused by unskilled installation of the radiators.

Hygiene certificate
Steel panel radiators in the version HYGIENE, i.e. models RADIK HYGIENE and RADIK HYGIENE VK were tested in specialized accredited laboratories
and acquired a hygiene certificate (
PDF, 0,67 MB) ( for usage in health care institutions and other facilities with high demands
on hygiene and cleannness.
EC conformity declaration and identifying radiators with the CE mark
On 1st June 2010 KORADO company issued the EC conformity declaration ( PDF, 40 kB) for the radiators RADIK,
KORALUX and KORATHERM and it declares together with the CE mark placed on the products and in the technical documentation that:
- the product qualities fulfill the requirements according to the directive of the EC-Council 89/106/EC for the building products and the requirements of the harmonized engineering regulations
- the product is safe under the conditions of usual or itended usage
- the producer took all actions to guarantee the conformity of all products introduced to the market with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements of the EC directive
The certification procedure was realized according to the valid European legislative by Statni zkusebni ustav s.p. (The Engineering Testing Institute), notified person 1015, Brno.
