1. • ensuring the functionality of the website.

2. Collection of cookies for the purpose mentioned in paragraph 1 may be considered to be processing of personal data. An exception to this is constituted by cookies which are necessary for the functionality of the website, without which the website would not be able to function properly. • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) and the right to effective judicial protection if a visitor to the website believes that their rights under the Regulation have been infringed as a result of processing of their personal data at variance with the Regulation.
