Steel panel radiator for rooms with high demands on hygiene and cleanness, with flat front panel and side connection
RADIK HYGIENE is a panel radiator in KLASIK version which allows left or right side connection to pressurized or gravity-fed heating systems.
It is suitable for installation and operation in rooms with high demands on hygiene and cleanness. All types are without convector fins; they have a flat front panel and the seam welds are covered with a special flat strip. The type 20S has got a bigger spacing between the panels (radiator depth B = 102 mm) as compared to the standard spacing of type 20 (B = 66 mm).
There are two upper and two lower hangers welded at the back side of the radiator. Radiators in length 1 800 mm and more have six hangers. An air-vent and blanking plugs are delivered as standard. We recommend using the drill-in brackets (type 18/120 – see the KORAMONT catalogue) which enable to mount the radiator in a distance of up to 65 mm from the wall.
Notice: If the requested distance between the radiator and the wall should be 65 ÷ 80 mm, the same type of brackets can be used on condition that the lower hangers are fixed with brackets (not with supporting pieces only). In this case the additional brackets must be ordered extra.

|Connecting pitch||h = H - 57 mm|
|Connecting thread||4 x G½ inside|
|Highest allowed working pressure||10 bar|
|Highest allowed working temperature (°C)||110 °C|
|Radiator connection||left or right side|
|Pressure Loss||The pressure loss of the radiator for the respective working conditions can be calculated by means of the value of the flow coefficient AT or the resistance coefficient ξT|
Heat output [W]
- t1 - input water temperature
- t2 - output water temperature
- ti - desired room temperature
For the conversion of heat outputs change the default values.
Heat output calculated to ∆T= 50; (t1/t2/ti = for 75/65/20 °C)

The establishment of Koventa in 1965 also in fact means the beginning of the history of KORADO.
All steel panel radiators RADIK in version VENTIL KOMPAKT and design radiators KORATHERM HORIZONTAL VKM can be additionally fitted with a valve Eclipse 4381 made by IMI company.
